Yes, you can bring a spouse, significant other, or friend. It is adults-only resort so no kids allowed.
All RSVPs must be received within 10 days of the invites going out. Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the June trip.
Stay tuned. For those coming from Denver, we have reserved a flight block through United. For those traveling from outside of Denver, Executive Group Travel will be booking your flights directly. Please do not book flights on your own.

This is a casual trip and long pants are not required at any of the restaurants.
Given this is an all-inclusive property, we ask that you only expense airport transfers (home to airport round-trip)!
Please remember- bottles of wine are NOT included as part of the all-inclusive package. Glasses of wine are complimentary. If you choose to upgrade your wine at dinner, we do ask that you cover that personally.
Yes. When you arrive to Cancun airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the Gusto sign held by Amstar DMC once you exit the airport. They will be wearing blue Hawaiian shirts and khaki pants.
Upon arrival, when you pass through immigration, please make sure you keep the white bottom section of the immigration form as you will need it to depart the country!
For your transfer from Unico to the Cancun airport, you must check-out from the hotel and meet the Amstar rep in the main lobby. At check out, you will be provided with a hotel checkout card, which you will need to provide to the bellman in order to depart the hotel.
There will be two options.
1. Download the Travefy app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!
3. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
Mexico currently does not require a negative test to enter the country, but Gusto has added this requirement to protect all attendees on the trip.
Also we recommend purchasing a rapid antigen test the day before the trip and testing yourself or you can go to a walk in clinic that offers the services. By testing prior to your arrival, you will significantly mitigate the risk of having to quarantine in Mexico if you are asymptomatic.
Prior to returning to the United States, all travelers must show proof of a negative Covid-19 test. The test must be completed within 24 hours of your departure time regardless of vaccination status.
Free onsite testing is offered at UNICO 2087 and your test will be scheduled during the check-in process. Rapid results are given within 10 minutes and a copy of the negative test will be emailed as well.
Any additional testing can be expensed and will be covered by Gusto.
If you test positive you may quarantine at the hotel. For guests with existing and new reservations of 3 or more nights, who test positive for COVID-19, we will cover up to 14 nights at no cost to you.
If your guest tests positive, you may choose to stay with them in the guest room at your own risk, but this would be at an additional cost to you. If you choose to do so, you will have to remain isolated in that room and will be unable to access the rest of the hotel to avoid exposure to other guests and team members. Alternatively, you may extend your stay in a separate room at a discounted rate (availability and rate can be verified at the front desk). With that option, you will be unable to enter their room to avoid exposure or spread of the virus.
