[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVPs must be received within 10 days of the invites going out. Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the August trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What happens if I am unable or would prefer not to attend the trip?

If you were awesome in 2022 and earned a spot at Gusto's Penny's Club, but are unable to attend this year's trip, Gusto will provide you with a cash payout in lieu of attending the event at Devil's Thumb Ranch. The cash payout is for the amount of $700 after taxes.

In order to confirm that you’re not attending and would like the cash payout instead, you must still RSVP as “not attending” on your invitation.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is transportation provided and is parking included?

For those local to the Denver area, we recommend driving your own vehicle to the Ranch for Club.  If you are flying into the Denver area for Club, please stay tuned for more details on the group transportation provided by Gusto.

The ranch is located about an hour and a half from the Denver office.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

If you are flying into the Denver area for the event, please book your flights as you would for normal business travel through Trip Actions.

A reminder you will need to arrive Monday, August 14th for the meetings prior to the Club trip. You will be flying into the Denver International Airport (DEN).

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

This is a casual trip and long pants are not required at any of the restaurants. There is a pool and hot tub on site open 9-9 daily, don't forget to bring your swimsuit.

We will be hosting some outdoor activities, so we recommend bringing comfortable athletic shoes and activewear. The average temperature in August in Colorado is 75 degrees. We recommend bringing a light sweater of jacket as it can cool down after the sun goes down!

[fa icon="plus-square"] Will Gusto provide per diem or should we expense meals?

Gusto will provide resort credit that you can use on property to help cover meals outside the group dining provided.

Please do not expense any additional food or beverage costs.  Any amount spent over the resort credit will be the individuals responsibility at check-out.

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from event agenda to hotel confirmation details, and much more!

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
