Travel day to Costa Rica - a reminder that all flights will be booked by Executive Group Travel into the Liberia International Airport (LIR).
*** Check-in time is 3pm, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.
Upon arrival in Liberia, Costa Rica, please completely exit the airport and you will find a Gusto sign for your transfer to the hotel. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup.
- You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
Attendees are on their own for lunch but let's try to meet up in the pool area in the afternoon to connect!
6:00 - 7:00pm: Welcome Cocktail Hour. Join us on the Ocean Terrace for a cocktail hour to start off the trip in Costa Rica!
7:15 - 9:30pm: Gusto Dinner - After the cocktail hour, you will have the opportunity to join your colleagues and enjoy dinner with all attendees at Matiss Restaurant. Matiss is an open-air restaurant where you can enjoy delicious food and cocktails as you marvel at the stunning ocean view of the Gulf of Papagayo.
- Casual Attire is recommended this evening.

Breakfast on your own to start your day. Breakfast is available daily from 6:00am-11:00am at Makoko.
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM - All Gusties Gathering. The meeting will be held in the Union meeting room.
After the morning meeting, today is all yours! Enjoy a day of relaxation around the resort! Check out of the the two pools on site that open at 10:00 AM, please note that the SI&P Zone Pool is the children's pool. If you want a break from the pool, take a walk down to the Poor Calzon Beach, home to beautiful views, roaring waves and sun-kissed sand. The fitness center is available 24 hours a day and can be accessed using your room key. For more details on activities offered at the resort, click here.
A reminder that the following is included during your stay:
• Kayaks (1 hour per day)
• Snorkeling Gear (1 hour per day)
• Bikes (for entire stay)
• Yoga Classes (offered on Wednesday's)

For the Rev team, your are invited tonight at 7:00 PM at the Garden Plaza to celebrate a great year!
For the CX team, tonight you are on your own for dinner. Please keep in mind the all-inclusive package only includes dinner on property. If you leave the property to dine in town, the dinner will be at your expense. Check out the resort's dining options here. Prior to the event, you can book dinner reservations on the link provided through Open Table.
The Makoko Bar is open until 11:00 PM nightly and is the perfect place to drink signature cocktails during your stay in Guanacaste.Wednesday 6/12/2024

Please check your Travefy individual itinerary for your departure times. These will be group departures so we ask for all guests to be on time.
Check out is 12pm. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. Gusto will be covering all room charges and the one chosen activity. Any additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed.Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered.
