All RSVP's must be received by Friday, May 16, 2025.
RSVP is official when you have completed the online registration.
We ask that you please do not book any flights on your own as Executive Group Travel will be handling all flight booking.
After you complete the registration, a representative from EGT will contact you withing 48-72 hours with flight options for you to review.
For those coming from Denver, we have reserved a flight block through United. For those traveling from outside of Denver, Executive Group Travel will be booking your flights directly. Please do not book flights on your own.
We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate.
Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights.
All attendees arriving and departing on group dates are provided prearranged group transportation by Gusto to and from the airport via a trusted transportation partner AMSTAR.
If you plan to extend your trip and arrive prior to June 16th or depart after June 19th, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the transportation to or from the airport.
This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits and sandals will be worn for most of the event! Long pants are not required at any of the restaurants.
For dinner at any of the restaurants on property the resort has an evening dress code. The resort asks that you please avoid the following:
- All T-Shirts
- Bathing Suits/Cover Ups
- Flip-flops
- Pool & Beach Footwear
- Sportswear & Sneakers
The average temperature in Cabo for June is 89° Fahrenheit.
We highly recommend making dinner reservations prior to your arrival as restaurants get very busy during the peak times. Upon arrival, you can also visit the Concierge Desk located right behind the front desk and also will be assigned a 'Butler' who is there to help you with anything needed during your stay.

Please note that any items on the menu with a small red chef symbol are not included in the all-inclusive package. Please check read the menu and check with your server prior to ordering!
You will get a check to sign every meal. Tips are included as part of the all inclusive package but if you want to tip additional for exceptional service you can, this additional tip will be charged to your room.
Gusto will be handling tips for the activities and airports transfers companies also.
Yes, all guests attending the trip need a valid passport that does not expire until AFTER your departure date from Mexico.
Please make sure your RSVP information matches your passport.
When you enter Los Cabos you will be asked to complete an Immigration form. You must KEEP this completed form and hand it in on your departing flight. Please do not misplace this document.
You will need a machine-readable passport (usually 2005 and newer).
There will be two options.
1. Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!
2. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
