No, this event is only for Gusto employees.

[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVP's must be received by Friday, May 8, 2026.  

RSVP is official when you have completed the online registration.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

We ask that you please do not book any flights on your own as Executive Group Travel will be handling all flight booking.

After you complete the registration, a representative from EGT will contact you withing 48-72 hours with flight options for you to review. 

A reminder that all flights will be booked into the Cancun Airport (CUN). Please do not book flights on your own.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. 

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I book my own airport transportation in Mexico?

Yes. When you arrive to CUN airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the Gusto sign held by AMSTAR once you exit the airport. 

For your transfer from SLS Playa Mujeres to the CUN airport, you must check-out from the hotel and meet the Amstar rep in the main lobby. At check out, you will be provided with a hotel checkout card, which you will need to provide to the bellman in order to depart the hotel.

If you extend your trip outside of the official event dates, it will be your responsibility to arrange and pay for airport transportation.

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] What to pack?

This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits and sandals will be worn for most of the event! Long pants are not required at any of the restaurants.

For dinner at any of the restaurants on property the resort has an evening dress code. The resort asks that you please avoid the following:

  • All T-Shirts
  • Bathing Suits/Cover Ups
  • Flip-flops
  • Pool & Beach Footwear
  • Sportswear & Sneakers

The average temperature in Cancun for June is 89° Fahrenheit.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can you make reservations for the restaurants?

We highly recommend making dinner reservations upon arrival by visiting the Concierge Desk located right behind the front desk and also will be assigned a 'Butler' who is there to help you with anything needed during your stay.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Do I need to tip?

No, tips are included as part of the all inclusive package but if you want to tip additional for exceptional service you can, this additional tip will be charged to your room.

Gusto will be handling tips for the activities and airports transfers companies also.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] Do I need a passport? or Visa?

Yes, all guests attending the trip need a valid passport that does not expire until AFTER your departure date from Mexico.  

Please make sure your RSVP information matches your passport. 

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
