Travel day to Cancun. A reminder you will be flying into the Cancun International Airport located about 35-40 minutes from the resort.

*** Check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.

A hold will be placed on your card at check in, the hold will be released at check out. We recommend putting a credit card rather than a debit card on file.

Upon arrival in Cancun, please completely exit the airport and you will find a GUSTO sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is AMSTAR.

• You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change once you arrive.

Upon arrival, today is all yours to relax and explore the resort!

7:00 - 9:00pm: Welcome Reception - Please join us at the Golden Hour Sunset Bar for dinner and drinks to kick off the week!

For those looking for an evening nightcap, the Monkey Bar, Hudson Tavern, and Smoke & Mirrors bar are open daily!

Breakfast on your own. The breakfast buffet is served at The Market Restaurant daily. For those looking for more of a grab & go style, Press is a amazing coffee bar with a versatile menu of made to order coffees and grab & go casual snacks like pastries, donuts, sandwiches, and even desserts for later in the day. Verde is the newly opened juice bar at the resort offering freshly made smoothies, frappes, and other healthy cocktail options! Press & Verde are the perfect way to start your day and we highly recommend it! Don't forget room service is included. 

9:00 AM - Gusto CX Team Meeting. The meeting will be held in the Golden Hour Sunset Bar.

Today is all yours to enjoy everything that the resort has to offer.

SLS Playa Mujeres has 4 outdoor heated swimming pools to choose from, including the adults-only Privilege Pool with a DJ. Start your day with a fitness class, lounge on the beach, or be active in the water as SLS has all the gear for fun on the water, like stand-up-paddle boards, seabobs and jetskis, available at the beach. Note, non-motorized rentals are included in your all inclusive package however motorized rentals require a fee. Click here to see a sample weekly fitness schedule offered at the resort during your stay. A weekly schedule of activities will be provided to you at check in and you can sign up for any that you'd like through the concierge desk .

Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered.
